Prosale.co.nz or it's representatives do not take responsibility for misprints, incorrect or incomplete information or content and images. Sellers please proof-read and verify all information before activation of your ad. As a registered seller you agree to pay our ad fees if you choose to advertise and show more than than 1 photo. 1 phtoo ad is free. Only 1 free ad can be posted. Ads with 2-10 photo cost NZ$19.95 each. Private Sellers. Up to 3 ads can be posted, if paid ads. Payment is required within 5 days of listing to keep your ad active. No further notice is given if ad fees are not paid in full and the ad might be deleted. Ad fees are for 12 month. Ads will run for 6 month, then you can re-post free if not sold, to keep ads fresh. If you are selling multiple properties on 1 page, the ad fee is limited to 12 month, not until sold, and renewal costs NZ$19.95.

Consultants or brokers may charge you their own fees as part of their own advertising packages that they offer in cooperation with clients, which may be or may not be higher that Prosale.biz fees. View our direct fees at "Advertising Price List" via above links. Prosale does not accept liability connected with 3rd party addon packages using the Prosale system.
