 SOLD Thanks Hart - it has gone unconditional Wed just gone (the 13th) so
it should be OK now to take
it off. I do believe the website was a big help, the lady who brought my unit saw a run on ad I placed in the North Shore Times Advertiser (local paper) with the website listed
and she went and had a look at the pictures and then called for an appointment. So I think the website was great for people to
go and look at some pictures and find out more info before they call - it meant we didn't get a lot of wasted phone calls from people who didn't know the full info and weren't interested once we had
explained what it was. Saved a lot of time as we only got calls from the real keen ones (had about 20 calls, with 6 people turning up to the Open Home and only ran one as we had an offer the afternoon
after the Open Home). Just lucky I guess, but we are wrapped!. Cash offer too which helped, so we are settling quickly too (next week).Thanks again.....

YOU are the marketer of your property or business, and you " reap what you sow". Placing a photo-listing on the Internet is only ONE part of it. And it can work well, but please
DON'T RELY on the internet ALONE ! Some people suggested to have a search function
where you can search for a certain size, price, location etc. which then returns only what you are looking for. I personally found that most search functions on other similar websites did not return much at all, or they missed some properties on their own site, it was frustrating. We are a reasonable small operation so we can pay attention to detail and people find a property easy enough, because the Main listings page is well organised and its easy to browse through the listings - and hey: who knows what treasure you could find !
Use the search function if you are looking for a certain property number that has been advertised or if you have exhausted browsing efforts. Why do we charge fee"s ?
There are costs for : Hosting, technical assistance, design, hours spent on the computer, domain name registration, search engine fee's and more PLUS because nobody can expect to run a business for free in the long run and we intend to be here for a
long time and grow into New Zealands true private sales webite serving people that enjoy
selling their property or business privately and buyers dealing with the owners direct. It taks a lot of time promoting the site and we find the FREE listings often don't get into the good
positions. The more we get paid for a listing the more time we will spend on promotion and improving visual displays. WE CANNOT PROMISE THAT YOUR PROPERTY OR BUSINESS WILL SELL, BUT "YOU
